  I am only leaving one star because I have to - otherwise it would be zero. I moved into this complex in 2014 and it was nice, clean, and quiet for a reasonable price. The units were a little outdated, and I didn't want to pay $60 extra a month for upgrades. The first year I lived here was not bad. Within weeks of moving in, however, they got a new manager. Things were great until (I can't remember the time frame), the current management staff took over. The whole office staff changed for the worse! The grounds started looking awful, the pest control I paid for never happened, maintenance requests went unanswered, my car got towed illegally (I have pictures)...and the quality of life and the residents went down. I am not one of those who is anti-pit bulls and the like, but when my upstairs neighbors, who openly smoked weed on their patio, had 3 adults living in the small one bedroom and 3 large AGGRESSIVE (one tried to attack me) dogs whom the never kept on leashes...something has to give. Cars would sit there with flat tires, etc, for months and never get towed. All requests for management to look into this were ignored (I can show phone logs and e-mails.) Half of my appliances quit working, the place smells awful due to the waste water plant across the street, you can witness drug deals going down...and the manager consistently parks in the handicap parking up front. I finally had enough of this place and moved out. Best decision I ever made. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not care about their residents and always make empty promises. I guess you get what you pay for, except they want to charge outrageous rates now. Good luck if you move here!
